После введения закона об обязанности владельцев удалять нелицензионный контент с сайтов и наказанием в виде блокировки через провайдеров российский вариант SOPA шагает дальше. В прошлом месяце было внесено предложение штрафовать на 30000$ провайдеров, хостинги, поисковики и другие сервисы, отказывающиеся блокировать сайт из черного списка. Но на этом правительство не собирается останавливаться, чтобы полностью соответствовать марке "российского SOPA" Минсвязи собирается ввести дифференцирование сайтов на "плохие" и "хорошие". В группу "хороших" попадут сайты, отвечающие на запросы правообладателей, как пример был приведен YouTube. Группа "плохих" сайтов будет заблокирована на уровне провайдеров полностью.

Как сказал замминистра связи и массовых коммуникаций РФ, Алексей Волин, есть список из 160 сайтов, которые создают проблемы для медиа-индустрии. Их закрытие будет полезно для экономики, ведь россияне готовы платить за качественный и легкодоступный лицензионный контент. 8 млн. человек, покупающих медиа-продукцию в Интернете, – двигатель роста Интернет-экономики.

Не совсем ясно как система будет работать и какой список ляжет в ее основание. Что ж время покажет.
