Последний патч входит все предыдущие обновления.

Распаковываете и устанавливаете, затем с папки CRACK переносите содержимое в папку с игрой с заменой файлов.

Важно! Возможно Ваш антивирус удалит кряк, поэтому перед всеми процедурами обязательно отключаем защиту.
UPD версия 1.30 включает все предыдущие обновления.
Для GOG версии, ставить патчи по порядку от текущей установленной версии игры.
Для смены языка, в корне папки с игрой есть файл lang.dat
Открываем его и меняем значение
